2. Hosting and infrastructure

This website is operated as a static website. Each time it is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data (see section 3). No external fonts are loaded. The analytics service Plausible Analytics described in section 4 is embedded for reach analysis; no other third-party scripts or content are loaded.

3. Access data (server logs)

When you visit this website, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically:

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log data is deleted after 14 days at the latest and is not merged with other data sources.

4. Cookies and web analytics

This website does not set any cookies itself. For anonymous reach analysis we use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia). Plausible does not use cookies or other persistent identifiers, does not use fingerprinting to recognise individual devices and does not store personal data; IP addresses are not stored permanently. Only aggregated metrics are recorded, such as the page visited, referrer, approximate country, device type and browser, and, for certain buttons, whether they were clicked (e.g. “Request a demo”), so we can assess how individual parts of the site perform. Data is not combined with other data and visitors are not tracked across websites. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in designing our website according to demand); since no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone (for example to book a demo), we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights vis-à-vis us:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
